Area authorities are investigating a collision that killed a person at  I-70 in South Strabane Twp, PA on August 9th, 2021. Police say it happened around 11:30 p.m. A motorcycle operated by 42-year-old Homer Howard Thomas Jr reportedly collided with the side of a tractor-trailer after sliding into a center lane.
