What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcycle passenger at Route 100 in Lehigh County, PA on August 24th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:10 p.m. A motorcycle was headed southbound when it collided with the rear of a semi-truck turning right into a driveway. A passenger on the motorcycle, 49-year-old Kerri Sodi, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the motorcycle, a 54-year-old Catasauqua man, was hospitalized with moderate injuries. The truck driver was not injured.
