What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian collision at Penn Ave and Robeson St in Robesonia, PA on August 26th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:30 a.m. 67-year-old Robert Hatt was walking his dog across Penn Ave when he is said to have tripped and fell in the crosswalk. As he was getting up, he was, according to surveillance video, struck by a box truck. The truck never stopped and two additional vehicles also struck Hatt and also never stopped. Hatt suffered fatal injuries from the incident. Police are currently working on locating the drivers involved.
