South Carolina Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed an officer at Nance St and Dixie Dr in Newberry County, SC on July 26th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:40 p.m. Investigators say a patrol unit was involved in a collision with a tractor-trailer at the intersection.
