South Carolina Highway Patrol officials are searching for a driver in connection with a fatal crash at I-95 in Dillon, SC on November 7th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. 48-year-old Steven Bullard was working to load a vehicle onto a tow truck when an 18-wheeler collided with Bullard and the truck. The truck is said to have left the scene without stopping to render aid and Bullard suffered fatal injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
