State Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at I-29 in North Sioux City, SD on November 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5 a.m. According to investigators, a construction tractor-trailer was headed northbound on I-29 when it collided with a woman in or near a lane of travel.
