State Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at I-40 in Roane County, TN on January 11th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:15 a.m. A tractor-trailer headed eastbound on I-40 was slowing due to lane closures ahead from a prior crash when investigators say it was rear ended by a van. The van was occupied by 63-year-old driver, Robert Rich and 39-year-old passenger, Adam Milburn. Both occupants were killed in the collision. Additional information was not available.
