Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a woman at I-40 and 28th Ave in Nashville, TN on August 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:45 p.m. A Chevrolet Trailblazer and semi-truck are said to have struck an unidentified 43-year-old female pedestrian under unclear circumstances. The woman suffered fatal injuries. Both vehicles remained at the scene and police say neither driver showed signs of intoxication.
