What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person and injured another at Grand Ave Pkwy in Pflugerville, TX on August 1st, 2021. Police say it happened around 8:58 p.m. A Chevrolet Silverado was reportedly headed southeast on Grand Ave Pkwy at a high rate of speed when it lost control at a curve and crossed a center median. The vehicle then began to overturn numerous times, ejecting one of the four occupants. One person died while two others, including 30-year-old Aberlardo Flores, were seriously injured. Police were not able to say which of the occupants was driving.
