Authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least three people at Watauga Rd in Watauga, TX on August 5th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 4:39 p.m. According to investigators, a Hyundai Sonata headed eastbound on Watauga Rd was turned northbound onto Park Vista, allegedly on a yellow light. A Chevrolet Malibu was headed westbound at Watauga, reports say. The two vehicles were collided, the impact leaving 48-year-old Malibu operator, Adrian Lopez, seriously injured. A 13-year-old passenger in the vehicle was also seriously injured, reports say. The other driver, who was not publicly identified, was also seriously injured.
