Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at US 84W in Teague, TX on February 14th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan van operated by 33-year-old Alicia Lindsee-Patricia Hardy was headed eastbound on US Hwy 84 while a Mack truck operated by a 41-year-old Teague man was headed northbound on N 3rd Ave. Police say the truck failed to stop at a posted stop sign and traveled into the intersection, colliding with a Nissan van. The vehicle was pushed into a ditch and Hardy suffered serious injuries. The other driver was not injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
