Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people at I-27 in Randall County, TX on October 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 operated by 18-year-old Rayna Smith was traveling the wrong direction before colliding with a northbound Nissan Sentra operated by 21-year-old Alicia Bustos. The collision caused the vehicle to veered over an overpass, leaving Bustos and a passenger, 21-year-old Analuisa Mendoza, fatal injuries. Smith was hospitalized with serious injuries.
