Police say the incident happened around 5:06 p.m. According to investigators, a Lexus LS operated by a 17-year-old Floresville driver is accused of attempting to cut off another vehicle to perform a left turn. The vehicle is said to have traveled into the path of a Chevrolet Tahoe operated by 22-year-old Andres Arellanes. This led to a collision between the vehicles, the impact causing the Lexus to strike a nearby Toyota Corolla. Police say Arellanes had serious injuries while the other drivers were uninjured.
