Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 59 in Houston, TX on November 21st, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:16 a.m. A Toyota Camry operated by a 23-year-old Houston man was reportedly traveling against traffic before crashing head-on into a Mitsubishi Mirage operated by 34-year-old Andres Montemayor.
