Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at US 380 in Jack County, TX on June 17th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:44 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-250 operated by 36-year-old Andres Vasquez allegedly turned when unsafe into the path of a tractor-trailer operated by 42-year-old Hugo Rincon Ramirez in a construction zone. Vasquez, who officers allege may have been under the influence of alcohol, suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
