Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-35E and Inwood Rd in Dallas, TX on November 12th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle that police were not able to identify is said to have been headed northbound before making an alleged unsafe lane change.
