Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 195 in Killeen, TX on April 19th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:58 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram 2500 was eastbound on Triple Seven at a yield sign before allegedly failing to yield right of way. Reports claim the. vehicle turned left into the path of a northbound Honda Odyssey, the two vehicles colliding in the process. Authorities say the driver of the Honda, identified as 81-year-old Angel Baez-Acosta., was seriously injured. A 50-year-old passenger in the vehicle, who was not publicly identified, had less serious injuries. Authorities say the Dodge operator had minor injuries and was charged with DWI/Intoxication Assault.
