Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 34 in Hunt County, TX on December 13th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Chrysler Town & Country, operated by 53-year-old Angela Fields, was northeast on State Hwy 34. Reports allege a tractor-trailer proceeded onto Hwy 34 after previously being stopped in a shoulder before attempting to head onto County Rd 3701. Officials say the two vehicles collided, the impact leaving Fields seriously injured. The other driver, who was not publicly identified, had possible injuries, according to police.
