Austin Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Bastrop Hwy in Austin, TX on June 3rd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, a sedan operated by Angelica Delgado was involved in a collision with a roadway retaining wall.
