Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at US 271 in Titus County, TX on September 1st, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:20 a.m. A GMC Sierra headed northbound reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with a John Deere farm tractor. The driver of the GMC, 38-year-old Anthony Hale, suffered fatal injuries at the scene. The tractor-trailer, 41-year-old Juan Hernandez, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
