What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Lincoln St in Alice, TX on September 24th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:10 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC Sierra operated by 23-year-old Anthony Hinjosa was headed westbound on Lincoln St when it veered into concrete wall for unknown reasons. The vehicle crashed into a nearby residence as well, causing Hinojosa serious injuries that he was hospitalize for treatment of. Officers allege suspicion that alcohol was involved in the crash and recommended and/or issued a Driving While Intoxicated charge.
