Officials are saying a semi-truck was traveling southeast when it overturned, leading to a collision with a  Toyota Prius traveling northwest. The crash resulted in fatal injuries to the 57-year-old driver of the Toyota, Antonio Flores Santibanez who was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi-truck, a 34-year-old man who was not publicly identified, was uninjured.
