Texas Department of Public Safety officials have information on a crash that killed a person at I-20 in Ector County, TX on January 18th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:45 a.m. A vehicle operated by 36-year-old Raul Villanueva is said to have been traveling eastbound in the westbound lane of the interstate when it collided with a westbound vehicle operated by 28-year-old Arnoldo Esquivel De La Rosa. De La Rosa suffered fatal injuries at the scene. Villanueva was hospitalized in critical condition. Additional details were not provided.
