What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 3107 in Parker County, TX on December 14th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 1 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 30-year-0ld Mineral Wells man was headed westbound on FM 3107 when investigators say it failed to yield during a left turn and turned into the path of a Kia Forte operated by 30-year-old Ashley Renee Yeager.  Both vehicles collided and the impact caused the Kia to roll into a nearby Chevrolet Suburban. The driver of the tractor-trailer and the driver of the Suburban were uninjured. Yeager is said to have suffered serious injuries. Records indicate the truck driver was issued a Failure to Yield Row-Turning Left charge.
