What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured multiple people at Potranco Rd in Ingram Rd in San Antonio, TX on July 14th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:30 a.m. A Toyota Camry operated by a 53-year-old San Antonio man reportedly crossed a center median from westbound traffic into eastbound traffic. It then collided head-on with a Chevrolet Equinox operated by 27-year-old Bayley Toni Maldonado. Both drivers and two child passengers were all seriously injured. The San Antonio man was also charged with Intoxication Assault.
