What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at 38th St in San Antonio, TX on July 30th, 2021. Police say the crash happened around 8:25 p.m. A GMC Sierra operated by a 22-year-old San Antonio man was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed when it ran a posted stop sign. The vehicle then t-boned a Lincoln MKZ operated by 33-year-old Jose Hernandez. Both Hernandez and his passenger, 29-year-old Bianca Lynn Hernandez, were injured. The San Antonio man was not injured and issued a charge of Intoxication Assault.
