On March 31, 2025, around 11:20 a.m., a crash involving a commercial truck and a pickup occurred at the intersection of FM 1787 and FM 1788 in Midland County, Texas. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer was traveling westbound when it failed to stop at a stop sign and collided at an angle with a Chevrolet C2500 pickup.
