Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 239 in Goliad County, TX on July 28th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:16 a.m. A Ford Escape operated by 39-year-old Brandii Leann Oneal collided with the rear of an eastbound tractor-trailer that was slowing to make a left turn on FM 81. Oneal suffered serious injuries and was charged with Failure to Control Speed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
