What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a woman at State Hwy 349 in Midland, TX on February 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened when a commercial truck headed southbound traveled into a northbound lanes for unknown reasons. Upon entering the northbound lanes, it struck two vehicles, including a Buick Encore. 20-year-old Brianna Lexa Limas was killed in the crash, which officers say happened around 7:18 p.m. Three others were hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
