San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Castroville Rd and S General McMullen Rd in San Antonio, TX on December 3rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9 p.m. 22-year-old Brittney Sanchez was struck by a caravan while she was in or near the roadway. Police say she was dragged along with the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries at the scene. The driver of the caravan was reportedly not aware that she struck Sanchez and investigators say she was not intoxicated and is not currently facing charges.
