Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 103 in Angelina County, TX on August 3rd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer headed eastbound on Hwy 103 is alleged to have collided with a Chevrolet Trax. Reports say the Chevrolet was sat disabled in a lane of travel from a previous collision, the impact from the tractor-trailer collision leaving 22-year-old Trax operator, Caleb Encarnacion, seriously injured.
