Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 103 in Angelina County, TX on August 3rd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry headed westbound on Hwy 103 is alleged to have entered into an incorrect lane for unclear reasons before colliding with a Chevrolet Trax. Reports say the driver of the Chevrolet, identified as 22-year-old Caleb Encarnacion, was seriously injured. A 19-year-old passenger, who was not publicly identified, was also seriously injured, police say. The driver of the Toyota had serious injuries as well, reports say.
