What Happened

Authorities have information on a crash that killed two drivers at FM 1960 in Harris County, TX on January 7th, 2024. Officials are saying the incident happened around 3:23 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Rogue was headed eastbound on FM 1960 while a Kia Forte was headed westbound. Police say both vehicles were nearing a curve in the roadway before the Nissan allegedly lost control at a the curve for unknown reasons and veered into westbound lanes. Reports indicate the vehicles collided head-on, killing both the 63-year-old Humble man operating the Nissan and 24-year-old Kia operator, Caleigh Medley. Additional information was not available.
