Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at Market Place Dr in Katy, TX on April 20th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:16 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota RAV4 operated by a 31-year-old Houston man was exiting a Walmart parking lot onto Market Place when it collided with a westbound Buick Enclave operated by 36-year-old Chantelle Carroll. Carroll suffered serious injuries in the collision. The Houston man not injured. Officers recommended and/or issued citations for Failure to Yield, Expired Registration and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
