What Happened

Houston Police are investigating a crash that injured a woman at Providence St in Houston, TX on January 23rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:50 p.m. A pregnant woman that was a passenger on a three-wheel ATV was injured after falling off an ATV. The ATV reportedly reversed into a horse and the horse backed into an ATV behind it. The pregnant woman, both drivers and another passenger were part of a birthday party at the park nearby and all fell from the ATV's and were injured. Police say the pregnant woman, who was 28-weeks pregnant, lost the baby as a result of the incident. Additional details were not yet available.
