Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a child at I-35 in Laredo, TX on December 20th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 p.m. A Dodge truck is said to have lost control and collided with the rear of a truck that was parked in the shoulder.
