Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a child at I-35 in Laredo, TX on December 20th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 p.m. A Dodge truck is said to have lost control and collided with the rear of a truck that was parked in the shoulder. Investigators believe weather may have played a part in the vehicle losing control. Two passengers, including a 4-year-old child and 37-year-old Maria Matiana Ramirez, were both killed.
