Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at New Braunfels St in Seguin, TX on June 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:26 p.m. According to investigators, a commercial van operated by a 25-year-old La Porte man was headed eastbound on W New Braunfels St when it reportedly failed to yield right of way during a left turn. It then collided with a Chevrolet Tahoe operated by 54-year-old Christie Lynn Lopanec. Lopanec suffered serious injuries, according to reports. Reports also indicated that the La Porte man was uninjured and cited for Failure to Yield Row Left Turn.
