Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Military Dr in San Antonio, TX on January 29th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:56 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado operated by a 21-year-old San Antonio man was headed northbound on West Military Dr when the driver allegedly fell asleep at the wheel. The vehicle then collided with a Chrysler 200 operated by 58-year-old Christine Cordero. Police say Cordero had serious injuries in the crash. The other driver was not injured, according to police.
