Area authorities are investigating a single-vehicle crash that injured the driver at Treadaway Blvd in Abilene, TX on November 14th, 2022. Police are saying it happened around 12:19 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC Sierra operated by 36-year-old Christopher Morris was headed northbound on Treadaway Blvd before veering from the road. It then stuck the corner of a standing building and several trees as well as a a curb. The vehicle also struck a tent, however the individuals occupying the tent were not injured. Morris is said to have suffered serious injuries and officers recommended and/or issued a DWI charge.
