Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Business I-20 and Muskingum Ave in Odessa, TX on August 16th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:40 a.m. A Jaguar sedan operated by a 27-year-old woman is accused of running a red light at an intersection and colliding with a GMC Sierra operated by 39-year-old Christopher Sparks. Sparks suffered serious injuries in the collision. The other driver was not injured and charged with Running a Red Light. Police also suspect the woman was under the influence of alcohol at the time.
