Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at I-820 in Fort Worth, TX on June 24th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:35 a.m. According to investigators, a Kia Optima operated by 41-year-old Claudia Carolina Moran was headed eastbound on Loop 820 when it reportedly changed lanes when unsafe and veered left. It then traveled into the path of a commercial truck before it was struck in the back left and lost control, colliding with a trailer. Moran was seriously injured, according to reports, and officials recommended and/or issued an Unsafe Lane Change charge.
