Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at US 62 and Reppto St in Brownfield, TX on August 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 22-year-old Cornelius Siemens Loewen was headed southbound on South 1st St when is reportedly lost control and began sliding into the northbound lanes.
