What Happened

Dallas Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman and injured two others at I-345 and Ross Ave in Dallas, TX on September 17th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:50 p.m. A Jeep Patriot is said to have collided with the rear of a FedEx semi-truck under unclear circumstances. A rear-seat passenger, 29-year-old Dalancea "Armoni" Cox, was killed in the collision. The driver, 21-year-old Aspin LaShawn Jackson, was hospitalized with injuries along with two other women. Jackson also faces a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter.
