Dallas Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Westmoreland Rd and Illinois Ave in Dallas, TX on October 9th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Charge fleeing a traffic stop ran a red light and clipped and SUV before losing control.
