Lufkin Police have identified the person killed in a crash at North Rauget St in Lufkin, TX on May 21st, 2022. They say it happened around 10:50 p.m. According to investigators, a Harley-Davidson operated by 56-year-old Daniel Lee Jensen was headed northbound on North Reguet Street when it veered from the road for unknown reasons. It struck a guy-wire and curb before crashing into a gas pump. Jensen is said to have sustained a major head injury in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
