What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at River Lake Rd in Polk County, TX on July 17th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 1 a.m. A motorcycle operated by 59-year-old Daniel Robert Garmong was reportedly traveling around a curve at an unsafe speed when it lost control and veered from the road. It then rolled over and ejected Garmong from the vehicle, causing him to suffer fatal injuries.
