What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured several people involved at US 259 in Nacogdoches County, TX on March 1st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 7:16 p.m. Investigators say a Chevrolet Silverado was westbound on County Rd 122 before allegedly failing to yield from a stop sign, colliding with a southbound Chevrolet Equinox. Authorities say the driver of the Equinox, identified as 28-year-old Daniel Webb and a 25-year-old passenger, identified as Kaylee Webb, both had non-life-threatening injuries. A 6-year-old passenger was seriously injured as was the other driver, who was not publicly identified. Reports indicate the driver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
