Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-35 in Kyle, TX on April 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:26 p.m. According to police, a Volvo S60 operated by 20-year-old Daniela Teran Carbajal was headed northbound on I-35 when it veered from the road through a grass median. It then traveled through a ditch and went airborne before landing in a field. Carbajal was seriously injured/ Police allege suspicion that Carbajal may have been under the influence of alcohol.
