Police say the incident happened around 10:53 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 38-year-old Danielle Christine Spykes was headed westbound on Hwy 158 when it collided with a Buick Enclave that allegedly failed to maintain a single lane. The impact caused the Buick to overturn into a barrow ditch. The driver, identified as 36-year-old Danielle Christine Spykes, suffered serious injuries. The other driver was not injured.
