Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a woman at I-10 and Lomaland Dr in El Paso, TX on July 28th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 7:54 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 67-year-old El Paso woman reportedly performed a lane change and collided with a Mazda 3 operated by 21-year-old Danielle Scott.
